Commissions sit in EARNED for 90 days (covers Stripe chargeback windows — if the underlying order refunds or charges back the commission claws back). After 90 days they flip to APPROVED. Request a payout from your dashboard when your APPROVED balance hits $50; admin processes via your chosen rail.
